The Past (Struggle)

“I’m just so tired of, like, dieting and not dieting, and, you know, the whole cycle.”
That was me. Even as a competitive amateur athlete, I was trapped in the same pendulum—restriction, rebound, repeat.

“My weight fluctuates so much.” Even when I was running marathons, spinning every morning, or training harder than anyone I knew, my body wouldn’t match my effort.
